  • Full Committee Markup of FY '21 Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act:  The full House Committee on Appropriations last week held a business meeting, during which it marked up ​its version of the FY '21 Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Bill.

Among its many provisions each year, this measure funds the federal government's refugee resettlement, unaccompanied alien children, trafficking victim assistance, and torture victim assistance -related agencies, programs, functions, and activities.  In addition to marking up that measure, the Committee during the same meeting marked up the FY '21 Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act.  The meeting occurred at 1:00 pm EDT on Monday, July 13, 2020, in Room 1100 of the Rayburn House Office Building.
