Witnesses: The following witnesses are scheduled to testify at the hearing: Jin Park, a Korean DACA recipient and Harvard graduate who came to the United States at age 7 and just won a Rhodes Scholarship; Yazmin Irazoqui Ruiz, a Mexican DACA recipient and summa cum laude graduate of the University of New Mexico (UNM) who came to the United States at age 3 and currently is a medical student at UNM; Yatta Kiazolu, a Liberian DED holder who has been living in the United States for 22 years and currently is obtaining a PhD from UCLA; Jose Palma, National Coordinator of the National TPS Alliance, who is a Salvadoran TPS recipient since 2001, is married to another TPS recipient from El Salvador, and who is the father of four U.S. citizen children ranging in ages from seven months-old to 18 years-old; kids, who are 18, 14, 3, and 7-months old; Donald Graham: former owner of the Washington Post and co-founder of the TheDream.US, which helps 5,000 highly motivated Dreamer and TPS recipients graduate from college with career-ready degrees; and Bishop Mario Dorsonville, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Washington and the incoming Migration Chairman of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, who is a naturalized immigrant from Colombia.
- House Homeland Security Committee Oversight Hearing on DHS Operations: The House Committee on Homeland Security has scheduled an oversight hearing on the operations of the Department of Homeland Security. The hearing, titled "The Way Forward on Border Security," is scheduled for 10;00 am EST on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, in Room 310 of the Cannon House Office Building.
